Seven Seas Beach is located in Fajardo. There's an area just for swimming with a lifeguard on duty most of the time and plentiful offshore points for water sports such as sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
Here you can rent the following: air mattresses, sleeping bags, sheets, towels, camp stove, kayaks, mask, snorkel and fins, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. All delivered to you at the beach. The most popular tent rental is an 8 person family tent that you can stand up in. They can help arrange a nearby biobay tour and even arrange an El Yunque rain forest tour as well. Unfortunately no credit cards, but they accept cash.

Flamenco Beach in Culebra Island one of the worlds more beautiful beaches. You can eat in town or at the Restaurant & Bar. Kayaking is great fun here. It's also a nice place to bicycle. Enjoying the beach is the best experience, the clear waters.

San Juan is the capital city of Puerto Rico. Old San Juan is not just historical, but also beautiful. You can do great sight seeing here and most of the shopping is done here. Puerto Rico is not a duty free port, but there are no custom duties or sales tax.

In the late 1950s, a small group of engineers led by Bill Gordon from Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y., USA built the largest radar antenna in the world in central Puerto Rico. Four decades later, on 3 Nov. 2001, they paired again for a ceremony designating the Arecibo Observatory as an engineering landmark. In the Observatory of Arecibo is the largest radiotelescope of the world. NASA uses this for experimenting. This is part of the United States government. Movies such as one of the James Bond movies and "Contact" featuring Jodie Foster have been filmed here. The Observatory is recognized as one of the most important national center+s for research in radio astronomy, planetary radar and terrestrial aeronomy.
